These Terms govern purchases made on nordstate.eu by consumers and business customers. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated. An order is confirmed by our written acceptance (order confirmation email). Contract language: English (Lithuanian on request).
Payment is made by bank transfer to the IBAN above or via our payment provider. Goods are dispatched after payment is received.
We deliver across the EU using regulated carriers. Delivery time depends on the destination and product availability. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.
Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, send a clear statement to info@nordstate.lt. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Custom-cut, made-to-order or hygiene-sealed goods are excluded by law.
Statutory conformity warranty of 2 years applies to consumers (Directive (EU) 2019/771). Business warranties follow the manufacturer's terms. File complaints to info@nordstate.lt.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the buyer's country of residence.
