1. Shipping

We ship across Lithuania and the EU via licensed carriers (DPD, Venipak, DHL, UPS, etc.). Delivery time is shown on each product page and depends on stock and destination country.

Lithuania: 1–3 business days from payment received.
Baltic countries (LV, EE): 2–5 business days.
Rest of the EU: 3–10 business days.
Oversized construction materials are delivered by prior arrangement — we will contact you to schedule the date and time.

Shipping cost is calculated in the cart based on weight, volume and destination. Free shipping may apply above a threshold shown in the cart.

Risk of loss passes to the Buyer once the goods are handed to the carrier or collected by the Buyer.

2. Receiving the goods

On delivery, always inspect the packaging. If it is damaged, note this on the courier's document or refuse the parcel. Report any issues within 24 hours by email to info.nordstate@gmail.com attaching photos.

3. Right of return (consumers)

Under Article 6.22810 of the Lithuanian Civil Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, a consumer has the right within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, to withdraw from a distance contract.

To exercise this right:

Within 14 days of receiving the goods, notify us at info.nordstate@gmail.com stating the order number and the item being returned.
Send the goods with all original documents and packaging to the address we provide within 14 days of your notice.
We will refund the money (including the original shipping cost to you, where required by law) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.

Return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer, except when the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

4. Goods that cannot be returned

Under retail rules, the following items cannot be returned:

Goods made or cut to the Buyer's individual order (cut metal, cut timber, custom-mixed paint, etc.).
Goods that have been used or installed.
Goods with damaged original packaging (when the packaging is an integral part of the product).
Sealants, hygiene items, chemicals in opened packaging.

5. Defective goods and warranty

All goods carry the manufacturer's warranty. Consumers additionally receive the statutory 2-year conformity guarantee (EU Directive 2019/771). If a product arrives defective, notify us within 14 days of noticing the defect at info.nordstate@gmail.com attaching photos and a description. We will replace, repair or refund the item.

6. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. Consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) · ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
